Lots of Fitness Classes:
West Communities offers a variety of fitness classes for everyone! A schedule of times days, and class locations is posted every session. Please check with the Membership Desk for a current schedule.
All classes whether free or fee-based requires registration. This vital information will allow us to alert participants of emergency cancellations or substitutions. Classes must achieve minimum enrollment standards to run.
Each class requires a minimum of six to ten participants and are subject to cancellation based on number of individuals enrolled. Ages 12 and up may attend fitness classes with an adult participant or at the instructor's discretion.
Your Couch Will Love You!
Get the whole family off the couch and into our new Family Fit program. This program allows you and your child to get in shape together. Instructors lead the group in activity-appropriate warm-ups and stretching followed by a fun routine to increase your heart rate and boost your energy levels.
