The YMCA is redefining itself and engaging communities across the country to better support Americans of all ages who are struggling to achieve and maintain well-being of spirit, mind and body. We are shifting how we focus all aspects of our work both inside and outside the YMCA to better engage "health-seekers."
We define health-seekers as all children, youth, teens, adults and families whose successful pursuit of health and well-being requires continuously supportive relationships and environments. Inside the YMCA, we are influencing and motivating health-seekers to make positive changes in their pursuit of
well-being. And, outside the YMCA, we are helping create and sustain healthier communities.

A fusion of Latin/International music set to dance/music themes that combine body sculpting movement with easy to follow dance steps. This class moves at a slower pace than a regular Zumba class.
This class is an introductory journey into the world of yoga. Designed to calm the fears of beginners, mature adults, or those returning to exercise.
Whatever age you are ... this modified class is designed as a low-to-moderate-intensity cardiovascular, flexibility, balance and muscle conditioning workout. This class is also ideal for an after-injury transitional class.
Simple Tai Chi choreography, performed in a slow, flowing, continuous movement pattern improves balance, coordination, focus and concentration. Studies show that with regular practice, Tai Chi can relieve stress, ease pain and stiffness, elevate mood, lower blood pressue, and aid in balance to help prevent falls.
