Fit Family Nights allows families to spend more time together while living a healthier lifestyle. The program is FREE! Fit Family Nights will be at the McCormick Tribune YMCA once a month. See flier for more details.

The Greater Chicago Food Depository fresh produce truck will be delivering free fruits and vegetables for families in need at the McCormick Tribune YMCA on the first Tuesday of every month at 10:30am. Must provide photo ID and be 18+. No proof of income required. Please arrive early to register.
