Fitness Events

Walk Fit

 

Join us every Saturday morning to walk and stay fit. We will leave promptly from the lobby at 9am and return around 11. Bring your water bottle, a good pair of walking shoes and get ready to walk your way to fitness.

 

Get Running

 

Never run before? Feeling nervous about starting? Let us help you ease into it. We will run together on a weekly basis. We recommend workouts for the remainder of the week. Maybe we can even run together in the Pilgrim Pacer.

Total Control

 

Be Strong - Be Fit - Be in Control. The very core of your body is the pelvis. By strengthening this key muscle group as part of your full body workout, you will not only improve your sexual and bladder health but also increase your energy, inner power and confidence. This 7-week course meets twice a week and includes one hour of exercise followed by 15 minutes of key tips to improve your pelvic health and fitness. Personal Training

 

How do you know what exercises to do, what machines to use, how much weight, how many repetitions, how often to weight train and what is the proper form to prevent injury and provide optimal results? The answer: PERSONAL TRAINING Multi-session packages. All sessions are one hour. (if an hour is too long 30 min sessions can be arranged)

Partner Personal Training

 

Two people, one program, one trainer. Work out with a friend and save money! Partner Personal Training Packages. All partner sessions are one hour. Fee is per person. Don't have an hour to spare? Thirty-minute sessions can be arranged.

Group Strength Training

 

Need to add some variety to your workout? Need some help with ActivTrax exercises? Learn how to incorporate the Cable Cross Machine, stability ball and free weights into your workout. Knowledge and correct form will enable you to get the most out of your workouts. Class will meet once a week for 4 weeks.

Baby and Me Yoga

 

Class will allow attention and focus on your baby while also moving you through poses. Everyone's needs are met and mom benefits by having some time to reconnect with her love of yoga.
