Lattof Fall 2010 Online Program Guide
Each YMCA membership receives 6 guest passes to use annually. Passes are only good at the Lattof YMCA. Members must accompany their guests during their visit. A member is welcome to bring 3 guests at one time. YMCA guests can only use the YMCA 3 times before membership is requested. The guest must present a photo ID upon entrance. All guests under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
Daily Day Passes- Daily passes are available for purchase the cost is $12 per day. The guest will need to fill out our facility waiver and present a photo ID.
Two or more adults in a committed relationship with dependent children less than 19 years of age, unless child is less than 23 years of age and enrolled as a full-time student, and/or dependent adults all residing in the same household. This is to include elderly parents living with their children, live-in nannies or au pairs, and dependent adult children with a disability living with their parents or legal guardian. Proof of residency must be provided for all adults listed on the membership (i.e. state issued ID, utility bill, bank statement or lease).
1 or 2 adults in a committed relationship residing in the same household with or without children less than 18 years of age, unless child is less than 23 and enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester for undergraduate).
If you are not a member of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, you may participate in many of our classes or programs as a "Non Member." The price difference between the Member and Non Member participant fees can be applied toward the purchase of a membership any time during the class session.
As a YMCA Member or Non Member, you receive a membership card. It is your responsibility to present your card each time you enter the YMCA. If you forget your card, you can present a photo ID, and the YMCA will verify your membership/class. If you lose a membership card/program card we will gladly replace it ($5 service fee).
With an Adult or Family Membership, you may put your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, once per calendar year. You must come into the center 15 days prior to the draft date which is closest to the requested hold date, sign the Membership On-Hold Agreement stating when the membership will go on hold, pay the one-time $25 administrative fee and relinquish your membership card. If it is a Family Membership, all cards associated with the membership must be relinquished.

Members under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible family member 16 years or older unless in a supervised class or program. Youth under the age of 12 are prohibited from working out in fitness areas. All youth (ages 12-15) must complete the appropriate "Commit to be Fit" model and wear ID. All youth under 16 need parent signature prior to working out. Youth under 12 are not permitted in adult exercise classes.
